  I like the food and the newly remodeled environment, but it didn't get a 5 star rating because they don't put the heater on and it gets freezing in there.

  Really bad service, never again, we walked in, and the server Alyssa thew the menus at us. When we were seated no one acknowledge us and there were only 3 other groups of people. We were sat for 30 minutes without anybody coming to take our order. She didn't even ask us what we wanted to drink. My family and I tried to get her attention multiple ways but nothing worked so we got up and left

  Walked in and nobody bothered to acknowledge us. The lady was on the phone and clearly saw my family waiting to get seated. She hanged up and walked away like we weren't even there. We were literally ignored until we got fed up and walked away. This Dennys is literally walking distance for me. I would rather drive far just to get better service. If I could I would give no stars.

  Second time is the last time. I've been coming to this Denny's for 39 years and the service has been getting worse by the day. This is the second time I've ordered take out by phone, and the second time the order was never put in. The whole reason for ordering ahead is to walk in, pick up, go. Not sit here for 20 minutes while these lames sort it out. The other Denny's is same distance just the opposite direction so I'm never coming here again.
